Ignite Your Potential Each Month

Ready TO LEAP?

LET'S DO IT TOGETHER.

A Roadmap For Taking the First Steps Towards Change

What has got you to where you are now will not get you to the next level of success; so to work with me you have to be prepared to make big changes.

My clients have big dreams or goals.  They don't realise the infinite potential that resides within them and they might be ready, but struggle to know how to take that next big step. They are brilliant people who may be held back by fear, confusion or a simple yearning for more than what they have right now. Does this sound like you?

OWN YOUR BRILLIANCE AND TAKE THE LEAP. HERE'S 10 PRINCIPLES FOR STARTING TO CREATE THE LIFE YOU WANT TO LIVE:

1

BE INSPIRED & DREAM A LITTLE (BIG) DREAM

Let yourself dream - whether it's a day dream, a big dream or a goal.

In those quiet moments when a spark of inspiration comes, let it be there, teasing you with its potential.

2

IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES.

The mind doesn't know the difference between a dream, waking life and your imagination.

That's why visualisation is so powerful.

So tap into your magic-nation and start to fill in all the details of what you are creating.

Get clear on why it's important, what its impact will be, and what your role is in its creation. Does it feel impossible, beyond you or bigger than you?

This is your dream. No-one else will be able to imagine it for you - they may not even understand just how perfect this idea is, but you will.

3

MAKE IT SO REAL, YOU CAN FEEL IT.

What does it feel like when you own this dream or the results of this dream in your life?

Paint a picture in your mind, write it down or draw it out so that when you see this dream in your mind's eye, you can almost touch it.

Where do you feel that deep sense of knowing that this is possible, that this is you and this is your destiny?

Can you feel the butterflies as you paint the picture on your masterpiece of a dream?

4

CLAIM IT AS YOUR OWN.

If you want something badly enough, you have to feel that it is yours - that you own it. Can you feel that this is your creation, that you deserve this new reality?

Many of us are afraid to really stake a claim on the future we want to create. So much fear about self-worth, success and failure arises from a deep part of us based on our out-dated programming.

Will you be one of those people, or are you willing to do what it takes to claim this dream as your own, knowing that you deserve it wholeheartedly?

Will you do what it takes to stake a claim and make this reality yours?

5

BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN MAKE THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE.

This leap will feel risky. If it didn't, everyone would do it. What are you more afraid of? Living the life you dream of or going to your deathbed having never even tried?

Some things will work and some things will not - that's just life, whether you play full out or not.

The greatest amongst us succeeded because they refused to give up on their dream. We most often lose faith in ourselves just as we're about to break through.

When you break-down, look for the break-through and keep going. Believe in yourself - no one else has to.

6

SILENCE THE 'SMALL ME' CRITIC WITH LOVE.

Within most of us is a frightened little child screaming very loudly that we're not good enough, ready enough, big enough, rich enough, smart enough, enough, enough, enough... to do what we most want to do.

That voice might sound real, but is it true? Pause for a moment and ask...

Then love that part of yourself.

Thank it for the reminder and then ignore it and move on with the rest of your day.

That voice may never go away, but after you've acknowledged it, it will quieten down so you can get on with it. When it comes back, love it again, and it will go quiet again.

7

DON'T LET PERFECT BE THE ENEMY OF GOOD.

I get it. You're a high achiever with exceptional standards and you don't want to put anything out there until it's just right.

That voice you need to love so much will keep telling you that you need to gather more knowledge, meet more people, do another course, learn another method, take another class, work with another guru and perfect whatever skill it is that will make you shine.

Here's the deal - there is no perfect time. There is only right now.

Many successful people started by simply trying - creating vs perfecting, iterating (sometimes failing) and creating again.

Face the fear and do it any way. What you learn will be invaluable.

8

DO IT TOGETHER.

There is power in numbers and in community.

For so long we've been told that for me to win you have to lose.

It's BS.

Find your tribe and start working with people rather than against them. The right people will magically appear to cheer you on and give you the help you need. Collaborate, co-operate and co-create your dream with others.

The one thing you need to remember is that no-one can create your dream better than you - it's a dream as unique as you are.

9

MAKE TIME FOR JOY.

Change can feel uncomfortable, but so can grinding it out 40 hours a week in a job you don't love.

Make time for fun, laughter rest and recovery. Take a solo retreat and let the creative juices flow from intentionality if that's what it takes to unwind.

We over-estimate what we can achieve in a year and under-estimate what we can achieve in ten years.

More often than not, there is time... so enjoy the journey and make time for the things and the people that bring you true happiness - the journey will feel so much richer for it.

10

CELEBRATE OFTEN.

You're going to have big wins and small wins in amongst the break-downs and break-throughs.

Be sure to celebrate all the wins, and celebrate them often.

Whether it's daily gratitude, regular progress reviews or tangible actions that celebrate your success - taking the time will make it all feel worthwhile.

Be sure to thank those who have helped you at each step of your journey - they'll be there to cheer you on for the next step.

You've got this!
