Most of us, at some point become conscious of just how unconscious our behaviour and thought patterns are. In those brief glimpses of awareness, we start to wonder what life could be like if we could change some of that patterning.

 

It is possible, and breathwork can be a powerful tool to help.

 

Breathwork offers one of the most powerful tools for shifting our awareness out of our mind and into our bodies by bringing us into alignment - one mind:one body. Conscious breathing, and the breathwork techniques Tim teaches can help acknowledge and let go of mental and emotional blockages that are trapped deep within the cells of our body. When we clear these blockages, we open ourselves up to greater possibility for physical healing as well.

 

Science has finally caught up to what the ancients have known for centuries. The science shows us that different methods of breathing can safely shift your state and bring awareness to physical blockages in the body.  

 

In May 2016 we performed the SOMA Awakening Breathwork ceremony at an event called Afest by Mindvalley.A team of NASA scientist’s and founders of Peak Neurofitness measured brainwaves during the session and the results were astonishing, confirming that participants can have emotional releasing, deep relaxation and even Aha moments in just one session.

How does it work?

There's a lot of noise out there about programs.

Programs are constructs for the mind and that's not how we'll work together.

What we do depends entirely on you and what you want to achieve, and by when.

Some clients prefer to incorporate breathwork into their coaching with me. Other clients prefer to focus on breathwork - the structure of what we do together will be based on what we agree.

I suggest 4-5 focused and intentional breathwork sessions for a specific issue, along with the support I offer everyone through my breathwork community and regular breathwork events.

Individual sessions can be via Zoom, Whatsapp and telephone.

In between sessions, you can expect to be working on your own using some play work that I will help you set up.
